Ingredients

  • 2 French Crottin, each cut into 8 slices
  • 16 peppadew peppers
  • olive oil
  • coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 F.
  2. Stuff each peppadew pepper with one slice of Crottin.
  3. Place the peppers in a casserole dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
