Grilled Peaches with Honey, Almonds and Fresh French Goat Cheese

  • 2oz fresh French goat cheese (log or spreadable) (4 Tbsp)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 ¼ teaspoons honey, divided
  • 2 peaches, halved and pits removed
  • ¼ cup almonds, toasted and roughly chopped



  1. Heat the grill to medium-high.
  2. Combine melted butter with ¼ tsp of honey. Brush on both sides of the peaches.
  3. Grill peaches, skin side down for 3-4 minutes. Turn and grill for another 3 minutes. Remove from grill.
  4. Fill the center of each peach with 1 tbsp of goat cheese, drizzle with 1 tsp honey and top with 1 tbsp chopped almonds.
